Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Incorrect Color or Size
If you receive an item in the wrong color or size compared to your original order, please email us a photo of the item, including the size tag and original packaging, within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
Replacement Eligibility
We offer free replacements if:
- The item arrives damaged, broken, or soiled.
- You receive the wrong item (size, style, or color).
- Your package is lost in transit.
Each product listing includes measurements to help ensure the correct fit. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection, refusal to accept the package, or non-receipt.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order to prevent delivery issues.
- We are not liable for misrouted packages.
- Customs Fees & Import Taxes: Your order may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s laws. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office. We have no control over these charges and cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
- If you refuse a package due to import duties or taxes, or fail to pay customs fees on time, causing the order to be returned, we can only offer a partial refund after deducting return shipping costs and any applicable fees.
- The same applies if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. While we attempt to validate addresses before dispatch, customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately.
Return Policy
Which Items Can Be Returned?
Most items can be returned, except for bikinis, underwear, earrings, and lingerie due to hygiene reasons. Returns must meet all our return conditions and be requested within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item
If you no longer need your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused. Please contact us for instructions on initiating a return.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns may take up to 15 days to reach us.
- A return form must be included to avoid delays in processing your refund.
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original branded packaging (alternative shipping boxes may be used).
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received. The processing time depends on your bank.
- Customers are responsible for their package until it arrives at our return center. We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit and cannot assist with tracking before it reaches us.

Cancellation Policy
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing an order. Please email us within this timeframe and include the reason for cancellation.
We do not accept cancellations after the 6-hour window or due to shipping times, as estimated delivery times are clearly stated in each product’s description.
- Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 24-48 hours and will be credited back to your bank account.
- Do not return your order to the manufacturer. Instead, email us with a photo of the item, including the size tag and original packaging, within 48 hours of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will review the submitted photos before approving a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, please submit a ticket on our website for further assistance.
